1) Services

KnowWhale provides custom software development, SaaS setup, maintenance, and related digital services. Deliverables are provided digitally.

2) Orders, quotes & scope

Work begins after a written proposal/SOW is accepted and payment is received. Scope changes are agreed in writing.

3) Payments

Payments may be collected via Stripe for invoices, deposits, or milestone payments. Prices are quoted in EUR unless stated otherwise.

4) Delivery

Delivery is digital only via secure online transfer (email links, private repositories, file sharing).

5) Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full payment you receive rights to the delivered work product for your business use. Third-party components remain under their licenses.

6) Warranties & limitations

Services are provided with reasonable skill and care and otherwise “as is” as permitted by law. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the last 3 months, unless prohibited by law.

7) Prohibited use

You agree not to use our services to develop or distribute illegal content or to facilitate fraud, phishing, or harmful activities.
