Our services are custom digital work; refunds are handled based on completed work.

1) Digital services
Work begins after approval and payment. Refunds depend on work completed and milestones delivered.
2) Deposits & milestone payments
- Before work starts: refundable minus non-recoverable processing fees where applicable.
- After work starts: we may refund the unused portion of prepaid work after deducting completed work.
- Delivered milestones: approved milestones are non-refundable.
3) Disputes
